At SHS Home Services we provide general home inspections in North Florida area including, but not limited to, Alachua, Bradford, Clay, Union, Duval, and St. Johns.

Our founder has been on many ends of a real estate transaction, from buying and selling, to dealing in real-estate foreclosures where he has reviewed thousands of properties to provide the banks with a clear picture of the property conditions prior to reentering the market for sale. All are important roles, none more important than the hands and feet of the homeowner, who truly make it a home.
Our Process
The process is pretty straightforward and easy for you as the customer. Once you decide to use SHS Home Services for your inspection, you simply book your appointment date and provide a little information then we take care of the rest. Once your appointment is set you will receive an email with easy online agreements and online payment options. Most reports will be provided within 24 hrs of your appointment and can be sent automatically to your agent to make your inspection process a little easier. Any questions you might have after the inspection are always welcomed.
